Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03, please be informed that CAMS Srl processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, personnel and others who have voluntarily provided their personal information to our offices, whether in person and / or by means of forms, phone, fax or e-mail, based on the principles of fairness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights.
In compliance with the law mentioned above (ref. Article 2 – Purposes), the Data Controller guarantees that all personal data will be processed with respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity and the right to personal data protection.
In compliance with Article 13 of the above code, Cams Srl hereby confirms that data provided by you will be processed using the following methods: collection, processing, selection, extraction, comparison and storage – magnetic and otherwise (in any case using a method that guarantees security and privacy), in order to create a database for sending out information about the activities and initiatives promoted by CAMS Srl, including by means of a newsletter sent to the email address you provided. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, nor will it be circulated.
The data requested must be provided in order for us to offer the service or perform the tasks requested and refusal to supply said data may lead to partial or non-execution of the service.
Personal data is processed using paper or electronic means, taking every precaution to guarantee security and privacy. The data will also be managed and protected in areas to which access is controlled at all times.
CAMS Srl confirms that pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the data subject has the right to be informed of, update, correct or delete their data or to contest use of the same, if processed in violation of the law.
